Our History
Summit Building Group Ltd. was founded in 2022 by two partners with extensive backgrounds across various sectors within the construction industry. Their vision was to create a construction delivery & management business that can tackle projects of any size or complexity. They achieve this by working together with clients and construction teams to ensure the seamless delivery of outstanding construction projects.
Since then, Summit Building Group Ltd. has focused on developing a solid foundation and reputation for delivering construction in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, & Oxfordshire, across a number of projects which display the diversity & craftsmanship of our practise. Including an additional focus on grade two listed building & renovation. All of which can be seen on our gallery page.

Our Team
The team at summit building group is made up of professionals across different core sectors of the construction industry, and consists of professionals at various stages of their careers. Boasting over seventy-five years of combined experience across the various sectors of construction the director-lead teams are capable of tackling any project. The core team alongside support from trusted and approved specialist sub-contractors ensures that projects are delivered with efficiency & outstanding quality.

This ensures that our clients feel valued and supported by everyone involved as well as giving them constant contact and support throughout the project timeline.
Carl Swaine
With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Carl began his career as a qualified bricklayer and progressed into site supervision and project management. His expertise spans everything from reading and costing complex drawings to leading on-site teams, with hands-on involvement across a wide range of residential and specialist works, including listed buildings and heritage restorations.
As co-founder of Summit Building Group Ltd, Carl has helped grow the business from a small start-up to a successful company. He takes pride in bringing together a skilled and trusted team, and in delivering projects that transform visions into spaces clients love.
Andrew Sollitt
With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Andy brings specialist expertise in landscaping, design, and problem solving. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects, from private renovations to award-winning developments, including an internationally recognised and award-winning campsite.
Driven by a desire to do great work and a love of the outdoors, Andy takes pride in delivering practical, high-quality results. His professional approach is built on the principle that every challenge has a solution. His ambition is to grow the company further while laying the foundations for a business that helps future generations.
